Product Description
The coffee capsule filling machine is fully automatic prduction including cup falling,servo-driven filling,quantitative vibration filling,nitrogen filling, film release, sealing and product output. It can be added other functions as customers' requirement, such as connecting CIP flushing,automatic feeding control, blowing, vacuuming, sterilization by UV lamp, filling powder vacuumly, adding cover, air purification, print code and PLC control system.

Cup dropping mechanismThis filling machine is fully automatic from cup dropping, filling, nitrogen filling, photoelectric detector, sealing, cutting, leftover film collecting, cup discharging. Sealing Mechanism
The floating sealing of each head is controlled independently , sealing and cutting mechanism adopts a guiding device, so the sealing precision is perfect. Our Advantages

2. The filling machine work in an isolated air environment and it fill nitrogen before film release to ensure that the oxygen is less than 1%.
3. The filling machine automatically drops the cup.The cup absorbs residual oxygen, and it fill powder vacuumly.
4.With the drop cup detection, it will stop filling if not cups. With the gravity sensing detection, it will automatically replenish with the pressure volume, when the air pressure and nitrogen pressure are insufficient, the machine will stop alarming.
5. The barrel and the filling part adopt an easy-disassembled structure, which is convenient for Cleaning the residual powder in the filling and the barrel.
