Product Description
This filling machine is fully automatic from cup dropping, filling, vacuuming, nitrogen gas filling, the first sealing, the second sealing, cutting, and cup discharging. The filling machine adopts the mode of nitrogen gas filling first, then the upper and lower moulds vacuuming simultaneously. The vacuuming and nitrogen filling modes can be freely switched on HMI. It has the function of one-key switching of nitrogen gas filling and vacuuming to keep food fresh, which is suitable for products that require low oxygen content or require sterilization of 121 ºC, such as seafood, prepared dishes, rice porridge soup, bowl porridge, meat, enoki mushroom. vegetables, rice nutritious porridge, turtle jelly, pet food and so on.. Filling mechanismWith servo-driven filling, the filling volume can be directly adjusted on the HMI.Vacuuma. Use upper and lower moulds to vacuum and seal simultaneously, the first sealing is completed in a vacuum box, and the product has a low oxygen content.
